Being raised in a Christian community that believed in the Futurist interpretation of Revelation; I was surprised to discover in my late teens that Christians through the centuries had been comforted and strengthened by what has been called the Historicist interpretation. That brought a new enlightenment to me of what had been a difficult book to understand. Instead of Revelation being a mysterious book of futuristic speculations, I discovered it to be an amazing historical account of the true Christian Churches journey through the ages. Over the many years since I discovered the Historicist interpretation, I have researched church history, and the views of church leaders through the ages. What I have written is a record of that research.
I have entitled this study book – Antichrist – Past or Future? Historicism and Futurism give direct opposite interpretation of Scripture about the Antichrist! Which one is the Truth? Which one will you choose to believe?
